As documented multiple times on this site already, probably my favourite place to visit in the UK is Cornwall, if I get that far in life I would like to retire down there, but there is a long while to go until that happens!
As normal, each new day brought a new place to visit with some places providing more photo opportunities than others, so this post will be a montage of the places visited in 2025.
These included:
- Boscastle
- Bude (possibly technically Devon, but I stopped here on the way home to delay the inevitable return home)
- Charlestown
- Crantock (People in the church here were very rude – they did not say anything as I walked passed people on the way in, but then they complained that I was disturbing a wedding rehearsal)
- Ilfracombe (Again, technically Devon, but serves a stop-off point enroute to the final destination for the week
- Looe
- Mevagissey (Probably my favorite harbour based village)
- Porthpeen Beach (My favourite beach)
- St Ives
- Minac
