Love it or hate it, Street art, or Graffiti is everywhere you look. Initially when I got into photography I hated most of the street art I saw, but over the years it has really grown on me and I now realise there are some seriously talented people out there creating these works, which only exist for a finite period of time.
For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by older buildings, I find them so much more interesting and better designed compared to the newer buildings you see cropping up around towns and cities and often wondered what was left behind when people moved out of them.
Ten or so years ago, I discovered that I was not alone in this area and there was in fact a name for such interest – Urban Exploration – where people go into these old buildings and document the things people leave behind.
